If your first-ever QuantRX purchase isn't right for you, tell us within 7 days of that first charge and we'll refund it in full. One guarantee per person, household, payment method, and account — first purchase only, any tier ($3.99 NQ Confluence, $19.99 Indicators, $29.99 Indicators + Discord).
Open a ticket in the Discord #tickets channel or message us through Whop support, and include the email on your Whop account. That's it — no forms, no hoops. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop. Requests must come in before any chargeback or payment dispute is started.
TradingView indicator access and premium Discord roles are removed when the refund is issued. You're welcome back anytime — but the first-purchase guarantee doesn't reset.
If a plan includes a free trial, cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Trials convert automatically to a paid subscription if not cancelled.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Renewal payments after your first 7 days are non-refundable except where the law of your region requires otherwise. Cancel anytime in your Whop dashboard — cancelling stops future charges and you keep access through the period you've paid for.
We resolve legitimate refund requests quickly through the guarantee above. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first void refund eligibility and result in immediate, permanent removal of access. By purchasing, you authorize QuantRX | X to submit access logs, role assignments, TradingView access records, checkout terms-acceptance records, and ticket/message history as dispute evidence.
What you're buying: QuantRX products are educational software tools and community access, delivered instantly when access is granted. They are not financial advice, not a signal service, and no outcome is promised or implied. Trading involves substantial risk; most traders lose money.By using any of our Services (including joining or browsing our Discord server), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of our Discord server(s), any related websites (including quantrx.online), pages, tools, indicators, scripts, content, educational materials, and services (collectively, the "Services"). "Securities" includes, without limitation, stocks, options, futures, commodities, foreign exchange, digital assets/cryptocurrencies, derivatives, and related contracts or instruments.
1) Acceptance; Compliance With Law. These Terms form a valid and binding agreement between you and QuantRX | X. Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any laws applicable to your trading activity.
2) Eligibility; Representations. You represent and warrant that: you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher); you are not restricted from using Discord or the Services under any applicable law or platform policy; you are not accessing the Services to compete with QuantRX | X, reverse engineer our products, or build a competing offering; you have full right, power, and authority to accept these Terms; and you maintain, at your sole cost and risk, all devices, software, and internet access required to use the Services.
3) Prohibited Conduct (Strict). You agree that you will not:

QuantRX | X grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any posted rules. All rights not expressly granted are reserved, including all intellectual-property rights in our branding, indicators, scripts, tools, educational materials, and server structure. Upon termination of your access for any reason, you must cease using and, where applicable, delete any proprietary materials obtained through the Services. If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, or content, you grant QuantRX | X a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and commercialize that submission without additional compensation.
QuantRX | X may host events, calls, live sessions, streams, or recordings. By participating, you consent to the possibility that your voice, username, text, or likeness may be recorded and used for educational, operational, or marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations and to remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or permanently ban users. We may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required or where we deem appropriate.
Delivery & access. Delivery of digital goods is deemed complete immediately upon access being granted — to Discord channels, roles, or servers; to indicators, scripts, or tools (including TradingView access); or to downloadable/viewable content. Once access is granted, the goods are considered fully delivered and used.
Subscriptions; automatic renewal; cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. Cancel any time in your Whop dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the end of the paid period. Free trials convert automatically to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Seats; access revocation. Each subscription entitles one (1) natural person and one (1) TradingView username to access. Sharing, pooling, or transferring access is prohibited. Access is revoked upon cancellation-period end, refund, trial expiry without conversion, non-payment, chargeback/payment dispute, or violation of these Terms.
First-Purchase Guarantee (voluntary). First-time subscribers may request a full refund of their first subscription payment within seven (7) days of the initial purchase, via official support ticket, before any chargeback or dispute is initiated. Limit: one per person, household, payment method, and account, across all products. Renewals and repeat purchases are excluded. All access is revoked upon refund.
All other sales final. Outside the First-Purchase Guarantee, all sales are final — no refunds for unused time, dissatisfaction, trading losses, user error, or misunderstanding of the product. Discretionary refunds may be considered solely at our discretion via official support ticket. Initiating a chargeback automatically voids refund eligibility.
Chargebacks & payment disputes. Digital goods are delivered instantly and are non-returnable. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, you authorize QuantRX | X to submit evidence including Discord access logs, role assignments, indicator/script access records (including TradingView access grants), checkout terms-acceptance records, and messages, tickets, and activity logs.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, channels, tools, content, pricing, or access rules. We are not liable for any impact such changes may have on you.
QuantRX | X is an educational and informational publisher/community. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not provide personalized investment advice. Content may include general education, chart commentary, market discussion, hypothetical examples, and opinion. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, risk management, and outcomes. Consult licensed professionals before making financial decisions.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantRX | X disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, or accurate, or that any results will be achieved.
Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all capital. Any performance examples, win rates, R-multiples, screenshots, or testimonials shown are not guarantees of future performance and may be hypothetical, simulated, or selectively presented.
CFTC Rule 4.41 (hypothetical performance disclaimer): Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Hypothetical results are often prepared with the benefit of hindsight and do not involve financial risk. Actual results may differ materially.To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantRX | X and its owners, admins, moderators, contributors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Services. If liability is found notwithstanding the above, total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the most recent one (1) month for the Services at issue, or $250. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuantRX | X and its owners, admins, moderators, contributors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your content or conduct within the Services.
We collect and use information consistent with applicable laws and our posted Privacy Policy (below). You agree not to share or request sensitive personal information from members. Discord's, TradingView's, and Whop's own privacy practices also apply to your use of those platforms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Uintah County, Utah, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and QuantRX | X concerning the Services and supersede prior communications. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

QuantRX | X grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use provided indicators, scripts, and tools for personal, non-commercial use only.
One seat per subscription. Each active subscription licenses exactly one (1) natural person and one (1) TradingView username. Sharing, pooling, reselling, or transferring access — including submitting another person's TradingView username under your subscription — is prohibited and terminates the license.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or share access to any QuantRX | X software or proprietary materials.
Revocation. This license terminates and access (including TradingView invite-only access and Discord roles) is revoked automatically upon: subscription cancellation (at period end), refund, free-trial expiry without conversion, non-payment, chargeback or payment dispute, or violation of this EULA or the Terms & Conditions. QuantRX | X may audit access lists and remove any unauthorized usernames at any time.
Violation of this license may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
QuantRX | X collects limited personal information necessary to provide services, including usernames, email addresses, payment confirmation data, and platform identifiers (e.g., Discord IDs and TradingView usernames).
We do not sell personal data. Information is used solely for account access, service delivery, support, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Records retention. We retain purchase records, terms-acceptance records, and access logs (including Discord role history and TradingView access grants/removals) for as long as needed to resolve payment disputes and meet legal obligations.
Website. Our website (quantrx.online) may use basic functional cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. No personal data is sold or shared with advertisers.
Services rely on third-party platforms including Discord, TradingView, Whop, and Netlify, which have their own privacy practices.
